Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the production tasks of this class, ensure timely and efficient completion of production tasks.

2. Responsible for team safety inspections, timely discovering and eliminating safety hazards, preventing safety accidents, and ensuring that departmental production activities meet safety requirements;

3. Implement the on-site 6S standard management system and supervise the labor discipline of employees in this shift;

4. Responsible for the handover work between teams, strictly implement the pre shift meeting system and keep relevant records, and strictly follow the operation standards to carry out the work;

5. Seriously complete the process management of the responsible machines and conduct thorough process inspections;

6. Responsible for the wire replacement work of the responsible machine;

7. Control the quality of the team and implement effective team self inspection, mutual inspection, patrol system, and control of defective products;

8. Solve and provide timely feedback on on-site issues (such as quality abnormalities in molds, fixtures, machinery and equipment, and products), and keep relevant records.

9. Provide guidance on the work habits and methods of on-site employees, and correct non compliant operations.

10. Seriously complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the die-casting market according to the company's product marketing strategy;

2. Responsible for maintaining and developing die-casting customers within the region;

3. Responsible for the development and follow-up work of target die-casting manufacturers, and promoting sales to end customers;

4. Assist in implementing service work for key customers in the region and improve customer satisfaction;

5. Assist in providing technical services in the field of die-casting applications

Job requirements:

1. Work experience in die-casting and related industries is preferred;

2. Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit;

3. Positive work attitude and good ability to withstand pressure;
